Military generator MEP003A

I just got a military generator a MEP003A and I also got a MEP002A the first is a 10 KW gen the other is a5 KW, I just got them home and I wanted to see what I got so I went out and got 2 new battery's they work on 24 VDC,and nothing

,the switch looks ok, but , maybe there is some kind of switch I don't know about. I'm thinking about shorting across the starter to see if it will turn over, but I thought I might talk to someone that may know more than me first.

Well today I changed all 3 fuel pumps and tomorrow I'm going to Chang out the control box and give its an other chance, after that I don't know what s left

If you got it to turn over, did you bleed the fuel lines at the injectors?

Are you not getting fuel? Is that why you changed fuel pumps?
