Re: Mike\'s tractor and welding projects
I'm no counselor and I know things are easier said than done but as I see in these posts we all go thru life, good, bad, or indifferent. I think the best advice is as bjr posted and that is to stay busy. You've got way to much talent to be thinkin about the past. I recently got married (going on 3 years) after 42 years, it's my first and her third, and she came with two teenage kids and one thing I keep telling them all is that I can't compete with the past. If you go there, there's nothing I can say or do. That and I also tell them it's all about "attitude and choices". All we really can do is live for today, look forward in faith and as the song goes "love the one your with" be it parents, a wife, a friend, the TBN group, etc. etc.. So I do hope that during this time, even though it hurts, that you continue to look forward and if necessary talk with some this guys in here. From what I read and see, they're all a bunch of tough guys that care and that's a rarity now-n-days.
Peace be with you Mike.
And as a side note, if I was a counselor, my fee would be one (or two) of your home made implements! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
