Nomad,
You talk of seeing all these products being made in Turkey and we do not see them being sold here in the USA. Is this because Nomad is not selling in the USA or these products never existed? How do we know you are not working for First Choice (Buy Smart) since you are posting information concerning FC purchasing Turkish products. Has FC taken the products of Midwest to Turkey to be manufactured? The chipper you talk of manufacturing, does it have safety shields? Not all products can be sold in the USA because they are not safe.

SweetTractors, one thing I realized on your web site is you also sell FC Drum Mowers - I didn't see any drum mower on FC's WebSite . Maybe, they are not good at making/changing a web page. By the way, I've realized that your drum mower prices (not only yours, but all) are more than $2000 (5 1/2' cut)... I just bought same drum mower for myself and it costed me much much cheaper.

As this thread regards finish mowers, I'll attempt to steer it back to the original topic in response to Markie61's question. My understanding is that there will not be 84" mowers from Midwest available for this season.

I guess everyone knows by now that "Sicma" mfgrs several grades or grooming mowers and roto tillers and pricing usually reflects the quality--For example, We sell a New Sicma 48 roto tiller for $899 and it is about as good a the usual "run of the mill", low end machines found at discount supplys. We also sell a "First Choice" 48 inch roto tiller for $1095 that is also made by Sicma, to a much higher standard and has many added features than thier economy lines--Ken Sweet

Since you seem to be such an expert on tractor attachments, brands, qualities, etc... maybe you can explain the exact differences between a Sicma, FC, Kioti, Industrial, etc. Finish Mower. Yes ..I know the colors and pricing are different.. Maybe I can learn something here...

Could it be that some retailers are playing games and changing Marketing labels on Sicma products? There by saying they are charging more $$$ because some Marketing labels of Sigma are better known that others.

CCI...surely any reputable retailer would not do such.. I would think this would be illegal...changing decals etc....

I have heard of auction houses and equipment jockies changing model decals etc...on imported tractors....and when the customer tries to get a part....he or she finds the Big Surprize...

Changing decals/labels are illegal? Well, then, none of these tillers I jave seen are original tillers with registered trademarks. Ps: wondering if FC and Midwest (ME) are doing the business together now again. Or, Ken, you too are entering now wholebuyer/distributorship/import business and will buy the finish mowers of ME?
