Last year my neighbor bought a middlebuster at TSC. They sent him home with a nice stand (no extra charge). Wow! A few weeks later when I went shopping, there were plenty of middlebusters, but no stands. The TSC guys said the stand should have stayed at the store, intended for display purposes and not for sale. Oh well, I made a "copy" out of scrap steel (pictured). Keeps the MB mostly out of the dirt.

my stand is a heavy duty hook on a wall. Here's a picture of my modified middlebuster. I added 9" to the backbone.

That looks like a serious trenching tool? What do you use it for?

I do alot of trenching to bury conduit, water lines and electrical line. I have gotten down 15" with multiple passes. I do have to use a cat 0 top link because my 3ph won't lift high enough with cat 1 top link.
