Mowing mid mount mower

I found a mid mount mower, with all of the attaching parts. I need to know if this will fit with my Woods front end loader. I have a 1250 4X4, the mower deck is a MF1231, and the loader is a Woods 1012 (I think).

Please help me out with this!

Nobody new the answer so I bought the mower anyway. It will fit with a Woods FEL. I am impressed with the mid mount mower and how it cuts. I did need to replace all of the spindle pulleys and the PTO box pulley, due to sitting and rusting.

Anyway just thought I would let everyone know.
