Microsoft IE-9

My very first experience with the Internet was with Netscape because that's what my first ISP provided and recommended. Otherwise, I've never used anything but IE (and you might think I'm a moron, but I sure don't design web pages:laughing. I see so many comments about how bad IE isand how great Firefox is, but what I don't see is WHY. What makes the others better? Or is it just that IE is so much bigger than the others that it makes IE a target?

That would have really been nice when I was down in the country on a dial-up connection. Now with DSL (and I don't have the fastest service) it's fast enough.
