3-Point Hitch MF 65 Jerky Hydraulics

My 1963 MF 65 3-pt hitch is jerking/pulsating when lift arms are in any position except down.

With both draft control levers in the down position it is smooth.

Any ideas?

How long has it been since you've changed the fluid in the tractor, it sounds to me like it may be contaminated and the relief valves are sticking.
