Hi everyone. I want to service my MF-32 Loader, it is a MF-20 industrial. it does not operate from the tractor internal hydraulics, has the front pump on it. all my manuals do not show the fluid capacity W/filter change on the loader. anyone know?

You probably figured this one out already, but I just did one recently and had the same question. The book says 8 gallons. I believe that is pretty close to what I had to use. The cylinders of course will contain about 1.5 to 2 gallons that is in that total number.

I pulled the pump and the pump shaft is keyed, not splined. anyone know where I can buy or borrow a keyed shaft that has been modified to unscrew the threaded shaft from the collar that attaches to the crank pulley?

I have always used a pipe wrench to spin the shaft out. The threads are reversed (left hand) if memory serves me correctly. I think the shaft part number is 704997M92 (keyed female shaft), 708833M1 (male keyed shaft 12.6"), 1085975M1 (male keyed shaft 11-5/16")

cannot get to this one. the pump's shaft sticks into the center of the axle about 2". there's no pulley shaft sticking out to get hold of. Thanks for the shaft info, Im going to research that. if I cannot get a shaft reasonable, Im going to start loosening the front axle to get it about 1'2 away to get the belt past. unless another idea comes. would like to get a shaft and turn it into a wrench though.

I had a MF203 L/B. If I remember correctly, I used a proper size piece of threaded rod and ground a slot length wise in one end and welded a piece of key stock to the slot and inserted that end into the pump shaft and unscrewed the pump shaft. I might still have that tool and will post a picture of it.

You can buy shafting of the hole diameter already keyed from McMaster Carr or Grainger

Thanks. that sounds like a great idea.. Im going to try that. I have some round stock here,I may try welding a key way in that first
