A club I belong to owns an MF 1533 with I believe a DL120 loader. The bucket curl and dump work fine. The loader up works fine. The loader down is a problem. To lower the loader, I have to push the loader stick forward a small amount, like an 1/8 of an inch. If I move it too much it locks ups, and I have to raise the loader a bit and try again. It will not go into float at all. I assume the loader valve needs to be rebuilt. We've tried reconnecting all the quick connects but it doesn't help. Sometimes the loader will work for a bit before it starts locking up. Any ideas? Suggestions?
