MF 1045 Funny Noise Help

My 1045 has a kinda whining noise, sounds like it's coming from under the seat, kinda like when you open a hydraulic cylinder fully and hold the valve there and then it kinda whines, not real loud, but it's there, and I can't explain it any other way. If you push the clutch pedal down it goes away, which led me to believe it was a noisy throw out bearing, which it may be, but sounds further back, although stuff like that can transmit to other areas. Have had the tractor for a couple of months, runs excellent, lots of power, no complaints, just curious if anyone has had the same noise, maybe , or if it's something getting ready to let loose, hopefully not. Ya, that can also describe it, but my fluid is not low and looks nice and clean, I am gonna do a hydraulic fluid/ filter change this weekend coming. The machine is a 1990 MF 1045, 33 hp diesel abt. 3500 lbs. w/o the loader, don't know what else I can tell you, any ideas?

How abt. you guys that own the 1040, 1045's, do you normally have a whine from under the seat, I was told by a dealer it's quite common, can anyone confirm.?

I have one when I first crank it up for about 10 seconds, then it goes away.

Yep, I have got it but it only seems loud when extremely cold out. Not really noticable when the weather is warmer !
