Max series pto operation

My Max has two levers one to operate the 540 rpm rear pto and one to operate the 2000 rpm mid pto. Was wondering if the rear pto shaft rotates when the mid pto shift lever is engaged or are they totally independent from each other

The answer is they are independent . When I asked the question I didn’t have any thing hooked up and I couldn’t get of the tractor look because of the seat interlock on the mid pto that kills the engine when you get off he seat. Hooked up my chipper/shredder this morning and engaged the mid pto. It did not spin the chipper shredder.
