Max RPMS Tc45d

As you guys can tell I'm spending a lot more time using and learning about my tc45d. thanks alot for all the replies on my other threads. I've noticed in the data for this tractor that it says power and rpm ratings are measured at either 2400 or 2600 rpms. My tractor seems to max out at about 2200 rpms at full throttle. Does that mean i need to adjust something or is that normal? Why would the ratings be based on an RPM level the machine doesn't push?

Check your throttle cable length to see if it is long enough. It may not be opening the throttle all the way.

Is that an adjustment on the engine side?
