I have a 1740 M with 49 hours. I was looking at the dash gauge and noticed either a lower case o or 0 followed by FF. Has anyone seen this before?
I believe you are correct.I think this is telling you the PTO is off. When you push the black square button to the left below the screen, it will switch between PTO speed and Ground speed. If it says OFF, it means the PTO is off. Trying pushing the black button to see if it switches the display to ground speed.

On my 1742 with power shuttle it would scroll through the 2 screens and also show you any active codes.I have a 1755m recently purchased and it shows "OFF" unless I engage the pto. Black display button lower left does nothing. Was told that Display Button feature only works on a HST not a Power Shuttle that I have.
You should not, it should default if you have it on MPH when you shut it off and turn it back on.Thanks you for the information. Ours is a HST. Does that mean each time I am going to have to push the black button to get to the MPR?
