Satoh S650G
I own a 1972 Satoh S650G tractor that I have had for about 5 years now. I've been wanting to install a manual water temp gauge but have found that the only place to install the manual temperature sensor is where the original pilot light sensor is. The problem that I'm finding is the threads where the original pilot light sensor screws into are standard threads, not pipe threads and the pilot light sensor also has a "O" ring on it. I need help trying to figure out how can I or what can I use to make the manual temperature sensor work. If anybody has installed one before on their S650G please let me know. Thanks

Have you thought about using a radiator hose adapter? Find the diameter of your hose and go from there. Pretty simple and you won't have a "stack" of fittings to deal with. Google will return many suppliers. Check ebay too.
