new to site - have a city and rural property now - looking to retire at the rural property - thought this would be a good connection!
property is only 1 acre - but have lots of family property surrounding...
have a 1995 Craftsman lawn tractor 22hp mainly for lawn - was considering adding a blower for winter - but am thinking a small tractor would be more appropriate...
have my eye on a 2010 Kubota HSDC 30hp with cab and loader (1200 hrs.) looks good - any idea what this would have been worth when new? what would a fair/reasonable price be for this now? - looking at it coming up on five years old - have found many units with lower hours - but 1200 does not sound excessive for a diesel...
have viewed some videos and this looks like it would do the job for what I need...
any comments would be appreciated...
