Tractor
Mahindra 4025
I have a Mahindra 4025 and the bucket is stuck in the up position, it will go up , move the bucket but will not come down, my first question is there a way to manually lower this?
My second question is what could be the problem, all connection of hoses are secure

Is it the loader arms that are up and wont lower? Try to lower them with the tractor OFF.

You could also crack the hydraulic lines loose a little at the base of the loader with the tractor off, and bleed them down manually if nothing else works for you. It's gonna make a mess, as you'll lose all the oil from inside the cylinders out through the fittings as you loosen them, but it would get the thing back down to earth. Unless something is mechanically bound that is, but I'd say that scenario is unlikely in this situation.

Have you tried the float position? On many controllers moving to the end of the "lower" position is a kind of detent. When you pass the detent the arms kind of go into neutral and may drop quite rapidly. Moving back out of float will stop this rapid movement.
