I have a 2003 Mahindra 2310. I just got a price on a new radiator for it of $1,000! Seems incredible expensive.... Is that a legitimate price for a tractor radiator?

Don't think it's legit. Just looked it up on NewEnglandTractor.com and it looks like it's $555.50 + shipping. You could also try Bill's Tractor ( billstractor.net ) but they're in Texas so I'm guessing shipping would be more. There are other dealers that will take orders over the phone and ship items to you as well. Pretty sure Orchard Hill Sales in MA and Mahindra of Greensburg in PA will ship parts.

Take the old one to a radiator shop and have it repaired.
I took the radiator from my 1924 Dodge Brothers to my local shop, and after tanking it, it was determined that the core had like 5 holes in it. They were able to order a custom core with the wide fin spacing that exactly matched the original. They soldered it to the old tanks and painted it. Total cost out the door was $525.
