Hope that pin slides out nicely for you.
May need to put some shim stock or something to protect the bore then weld on to the pin to pull it out.
Maybe you'll get lucky and a magnet will pull it right out.

Does anyone a clue how part #71 comes out?

It looks to me like the only thing holding it in place is #10????

It's just suppose to slide out after #10 is removed. Now, considering your situation, it may take cutting it out with a torch or drilling and tapping a hole for a slidehammer.
