2021 Mihandra EMAX 20S with only 87 hours - the Joystick lever is already stripped and came out into my hand!!!! Has anyone else has this issue?

We were able to move it down, lock tight it and tightened the allen wrench bolts … so far so good but definitely sloppy workmanship

Only worked for 3 hours, super glue with backing soda worked for a few hours… Mahindra doesn’t sell the part separately- you have to buy the entire piece for $786 - CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (W/ JOYSTICK) FOR EMAX FRONT-END LOADER (81603005004) No way!!!

Being it's only 2 years old, that's not covered under some kind of bumper to bumper warranty? I have a different brand that included 2 years covering everything, and 6 for the power train. I don't have personal experience with Mahindra, so maybe that's not an option, but it's all I could think of to try and help?

Do you have pictures of the actual problem part?

Thanks - even though low hours it is a 2021 and the 2 year has expired, they did a “good will” replacement of a tie rod at 50 hours. I think we have come up with a fix using two Hoop Ring Adjustable Hose Clamps - fingers crossed

No, not really. And no, you're not the first person to make that complaint. Joystick packages are all too often very lightweight structures for what they often endure. It's a common failure regardless of brand or model. Sometimes the damaged parts can be welded or reproduced if they can't be simply replaced. Many times a good welder/fabricator can build one that's stronger than the original.

Obviously I can't speak to your particular case, but I have watched some operators in action, and when using the loader they push or pull the lever as far as it goes then continue pushing as the loader is operating. It's like they think by pushing harder it's going to work faster, have more power, or something. Straining the bolts and threads on these units can often severely shorten the life span.

just searching for this issue now.. Yes, same issue happened about 18 mo ago on my 2021. Did you find a fix? Also, this past weekend the front left tie-rod spun off the frond suspension and now the ball joint for that side is recked. My Bx Kubota was a much better build... The build quality of the Mihandra seems lacking... I don't even run it that rough.
