emax 20s

Have a 2 year old emax 20s, bought new. 218 hours. Yesterday, the 3-point hitch just stopped raisin up. And tip on what to look for would be useful. TIA.

2021 Mihandra EMAX 20S with only 87 hours - the Joystick lever is already stripped and came out into my hand!!!! Has anyone else has this issue?
