Mahindra 6525 small issue?

Howdy all,
Finally pulled the trigger on a 2009 Mahindra 6525. Enjoying it so far. Quick question. When going from N to H or L range it grinds going in. Is that normal or is maybe idle too high? How would I adjust it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked it out again this morning and the issue is only to high range not low. Is there anything I can check or adjust?

I don't think you are supposed to be able to shift the High/Medium/Low shifter while moving.

Is it a mechanical gear change ? Maybe your clutch travel needs adjusting. I had similar symptoms on both my old MF65 and my Jinma when the clutch pedal needed adjusting to give proper clearances.

I figured it out. Yes, its mechanical and no, not while moving.
if I tap the throttle while shifting it goes right in or as its starting ill pop it into high and it goes right in.

That happens sometimes with my 5525 since the tranny is only partially synchronized. I do the same thing with the throttle as you. Like driving my first car---a 1955 Ford 2-door with a fairly worn stick tranny.
