Mahindra 4500 wont go into 1,2, or R

I need help!! My Mahindra 4500 2wd will not go into 1st, 2nd, or reverse. Third and fourth work as they should as does the hi-lo selector. Any insight on what could be the problem?

Is there a grinding noise when you try for 1, 2, or R?
How's the transmission fluid level?
Clutch adjustment may fix this?
When is the last time you greased the throw out bearing? Doubt this is the problem but good idea to give it a squeeze of grease.

Fluid levels are ok. When I try for one of those gears I can pull it over but it won't slide up or down into gear

Also grease the throw out bearing.

Why would third and fourth be fine? Would that cause all gears to bind up?

Cluth isn't travelling far enough to engage all gears because of slop.
Tighten it up and try it out.

Trying to bounce enough ideas around until something works.

Maybe the shifter linkage is buggered and binding?
