Mahindra 3505 Di. Clutch problem

Went to adjust clutch on mahindra 3505 di.
Lossened 2 bolts turned the adjuster 1/4 inch completely lost the clutch. Tractor has a duel clutch system. I'm doing something wrong and don't know what it is. The adjuster rod would only turn one way counter clockwise and only 1/4 inch. Anyhelp would be much appreciated.

Did you unscrew it in the housing?
Should have some kind of stop built in?

There is an inspection plate I dropped it make sure it was working. For some reason the shaft wouldn't move. Hit with penatraiting oil last night in the am it had movement.
I was using the tractor the clutch wouldn't do anything. It's unfrozen. I've greased everything it's working fine.

I broke a pressure plate spring in 3510 and clutch wouldn’t disengage from pressure plate .
I could feel the 2 springs working but the broke one keep it engaged.
Caused by riding the clutch doing loader work.

I have a 5005 and have read that the clutch may stick if left idle for a week or 2. I’ve had it happen and now I secure the clutch in the engaged position after use with a cinch strap.
