Buying Advice M59 availability

So I have finally gotten around to adding a backhoe or mini-excavator to my fleet and think I'm settled on an M59 for its overall utility. I have contacted three dealers for quotes and heard from each that they had no M59s in stock and were not sure when they would be able to get one. One was a little more forthcoming and said he had asked Kubota when he might be able to get another one but had not gotten any timeframe from them.

The only dealer in my general area where I find them are at dealers who sell at list price.

Is anyone else shopping for an M59 and have you had good luck finding them in stock and at a price less than list?

I guess I may have to look much further away, but would prefer to deal within 3-4 hours of my vacation home (eastern NY, almost Vermont).

Around here, F&W Equipment sells Kubota and sells more construction machines than regular tractors. Don't know what price they sell at, or if they're close enough to you, but they always have a few TLBs in stock when I drive by. Doesn't look like they post their new inventory on-line, so you'd have to contact them to see what they have.

i know its no help but down here in oklahoma there are at 3 out of 4 i drive by, I just bought a L45 tlb and was amazed at the price difference between dealers. one was over list price the one i purchased from was way below list price. i got mine with a 4n1 bucket and a thumb for the bh
