I am looking at a M4700 utility special tractor. It has 693 hrs and is in average to good condition. I do not know what year it was manufactured in. It comes with a Woods 1027 FEL that has a quick bucket attachment. The asking price is $16,900. This seems a little high to me. What would be a reasonable price for this tractor. Thanks in advance!

That actually sounds like a good price to me. Does it have 4wd? If so that is a good price.

No it doesn't have 4 WD. I have seen other M4700 advertised in the 11,000 - 13,000 range w/o the loader. Unfortunately, they are sold. Tractorsmart has a new M4900 SU for 14,300. Add approx. 3400 for new loader and you have about 18,00 for a new setup. That is why I thought the 16,900 was high. Thank you very much for your reply!

Yea I agree without 4wd it's not a great buy.

A three year power train warranty is worth a lot to me.
