LX 280 does not respond to ignition switch

The mower deck was engaged at too low rpm and stalled the engine . Now When I turn the ignition switch there is no response. With the switch on I can here a clicking when engage and disengage the mower know. I can turn the pully on the bottom of the engine without the engine turning .I checked the 2 15 amp fuses under the dashboard. Looking for input.

Be sure the mower PTO switch is off when trying to restart the engine with the ignition key.

If no click when turning key I suspect safety switch not in home position. Not sure where all the safety interlock switches are on that machine but suspect seat, forward - reverse or brake, PTO.
