So I got a free LT155 that only needed a connecting rod. I put the rod in this winter, and got it running. Before I pulled the motor, the thing ran and drove just fine. Since I put the motor back in. the traction belt is grinding against the tensioner bracket, but I can't seem to figure out why. Any ideas?

there are 2 prongs (by the pulley under the motor)that if it slips out when installing, it will burn.

Figured it out. It was the front left idler pulley. The bearing seized up and the pulley was worn all the way to the metal... $32 later and it's all set :)

You can go buy some bearings and rebuild it yourself for about $10-12.

Would have worked before I melted the plastic part of the pulley down to the bearing itself

That would have been nice. So far I only have ~$150 in the thing
