Price Check LS XR3037H with Backhoe and Loader (LL3105)

Hello TractorByNet Community,

I inherited a LS XR3037H tractor due to some unfortunate circumstances. I'm looking to post it for sale, however, I'm at a bit of a loss on how much it is worth and was hoping the community cold help me land on a fair price. In addition is it best to post local or in the classified section on TractorByNet.

These are the specs of the tractor:
2016 LSXR3037H
45 hours
LL33105 Loader
Detachable Backhoe

I don't know what that tractor is currently worth. However, for comparison I recently bought a new XR3135H equipped with the same features and you could expect to pay 28-30K for one of those less taxes. As far as I can tell, the tractor I bought is the current equivalent for the tractor you have.

tractorhouse.com has the same tractor w/ BH and is asking $20K. It has 193 hrs.
