Hello. New here, first post, been lurking and reading for a while. Great information here for would be new tractor owner.

Been pricing the LS 2023h and 3033h, dealer mentioned a new 25hp model (guessing something like j2025h) is coming soon. Anyone heard of this, any info, pricing, etc?

Thanks.

Welcome to TBN..

Haven't seen any pricing on a J2025H yet but a local dealer here has a J2030H (27HP) package with a loader, 60" mid mount mower and a 50" snow blower for $18,999.

J2023H = $13,700
J2030H = $14,500

Near me anyway (New England). The J2025 will probably be somewhere in between? Im planning to get a J2023 very soon but if the 2025 shows up before I buy I'd swing for that. The LS dealer near me told me the 2025 will replace the 2023 and 2030 because its as big as they can make without having to go to Tier 4 emissions (25HP max)

Hello George, thanks for the info.

I know the j2030h is being discontinued, assuming that's where the j2025h is coming in. In the J series, would have to go with a j2023h today given the higher FEL lift and hydro pump rates over the j2030h.

Basically wondering if the j2025h will be more improved over the j2023h or the exact same but with more a few more ponies (hp).

That seems to be the case with all the sub-compacts I've been researching (JD, Kobota, LS, TYM); all migrating to that 24.5/25hp range so they don't have to go to the Tier 4 emissions. Makes sense.

When I was at the LS tractor factory April 17th this year, I asked this very question. Was told to look for the J2025H around July or August. Don't know about the pricing, but the tractor is in existence and they don't want bring it to the US until all the 2030 & 2020's are gone.

They do not want to end up with a bunch of surplus tractors on their hands that have been superseded by the newer designs.

In a year or two we will be here discussing who makes the strongest 24 or 25hp engine. I won't be surprised if the larger market players simply down rate (on paper) their existing 30-34hp offerings.

The CUT market is lucrative...

Are J2025h machines in production?

If so, any real world purchase prices to report?

Thanks.

The local dealer has them on the lot, and will usually beat their listed price by a few hundred dollars. I wouldn't buy from these clowns (again), but their prices are decent.
