is having the diesel tank below the deck have been a issue for anyone ? getting jack up on them or getting them punctured by protruding object ? any warning should I know or modification can be done for extra protection...
the location to getting filled up is awesome but practically I am worried about them should I ?

What model? By under deck you mean under the seat area? I've never had an issue over multiple tractors like that.

I've had two incidents with 'pokey' bushes when reversing over olives with the flail mower (missed one or two) and when circling the area the following year in the EZ-GO. While neither sugested a place I'd add a shield if I did it would be any sheet metal vs say expanded. IMO deflection is good protection. I wouldn't worry about o'all ruggednes as much as say easy to replace if/when bashed.

btw, Nothing is harder to 'patch' than a HDPE fuel tank. (If a guy is good with a 'plastic welder' maybe ..)

I had good luck repairing a punctured plastic diesel can with epoxy.

I learned that my brush grapple isn't the place to tote fuel cans.

All MXX40 series Kubotas have their fuel tanks below the floor. Then they bring the filler tube up, real high - right behind the seat. I guess it's better than up on top of the hood. So far, I've been able to lift my Jerry cans up there. But the day is coming ..........

My M6040 came with steel plate shielding the underside of the fuel tank.

My only brush is Buck brush. Very unlikely to even puncture a child's balloon. Then - I've never had a reason to drive out and into the Buck brush. I don't drive over downed limbs either.

Massey Ferguson 2706E, yes under the seat area..
bottom transmission and etc cover the bottom of tank pretty well on GC series, would expect same on this. any branch thick and high enough to hit your tank would prob damage something else first.
