I assume you have seen the you tube video of a guy who strapped one of those 4x6's like you have under the front wheels to the outside of his back tires by running a chain around the 4x6 and through the holes in the rims. Started the tractor and off he went like a paddle wheel boat. Well he didn't go far, but he got out of the mud. Maybe a thought for you- but not for me.

Actually I have done that and it worked to a dergree. It lifted the back end up but I could not go anywhere, then it sunk again. Never got my board back. It is 'down there' somewhere. lol I put mine across the rear of the tractor but the Russian guy you are referring to strapped his on the outside of the wheel. I couldn't attach mine there. My dirt goes like quicksand.
