Ok, here are some dimensions.
My Sed Bowl: 1 15/16" OD, 1 13/16" ID, plus about a 1/16" stepped down portion on the inside.
FLAT Cork gaskets (new): 2" OD 1 1/2" ID, (1/4" wall), 3/32" thick.
O-Ring (well used), 1 13/16" OD, 1 3/8" ID, 3/16" thick
Yes, I know the numbers don't quite add up. Perhaps a smidge over 3/16" thick, perhaps 7/32, at least when flat. The thickness is still closer to 3/16".
The O-Ring is much more pliable than I remember it being a couple of weeks ago, so I assume it has absorbed some gasoline.
The flat gasket is designed to entirely cover the edge of the sed bowl.
The O-Ring is designed to mostly set down into the stepped down area on the inside of the sed bowl, perhaps slightly greater in diameter than the stepped down portion, but not as great as the OD of the bowl. It is rather thick.
Some of my sed bowls also came with mesh screens. Some did not.
