Lost lead lens on signal light

Did you drill holes in the ROPS to mount your lights? If so, you might as well throw it away. I know that some people are going to comment about my statement BUT a ROPS is designed and CERTIFIED for it's purpose as it comes on the tractor. I know, another can of worms.

I disagree. Common sense needs to prevail here. This is a 4 post canopy support. It may also be a ROPS - but whether of not it is, it is much more robust than the little two bar ROPS that sticks up behind modern tractor seats. For most of the time there have been tractors ROPS were unknown.
As for certification, does such even exist? And to what standard?

Got the new lens from TSC. It (too easily) snapped back on. Put some tape to cover where both lenses snap on.

Interesting, mine fit rather snug. Beats $30 at the dealer for the same thing.

We are always mowing and working near trees and woods. Doesn’t take much of a branch to rub a lens off or break off a light fixture. Or the operator top knot for that matter. Compared to many areas guess we are fortunate to have so much rain and lush plant growth.

Found it yesterday. Completely intact. Have a spare now. Taped around the two of them.

You’ve done better than I for all the lens I’ve lost never have found them or pieces of them yet.

My friend swears between him and his wife have lost enough lens to mulch their flower beds in red and amber plastic.

My Mahindra 1533 lost all 4 pieces… I found 2 in the woods intact and another crushed. Looked up part and found only available as assembly—looked up dimensions and it appears to be a common 4-14” diameter lens available many places such as TSC for about $5. When I replace will add a dab of silicone or glue on them as I spend most my time clearing woods and brush.
