Lost lead lens on signal light

I got some light guards from Specially Repairs, and haven't lost a lens since. Paul Short has a presence here on TBN, and makes quality stuff. I also replaced all bulbs with leds on my last 2 tractors. The amps saved really adds up!
As far as the rops modification topic, we live in a litigious world. Will the rops fail because of a 1/4" drilled hole? Probably not.
Go to trade a drilled rops machine and any reputable dealer will deduct the cost of replacing the rops and install a new one.

100% correct. Has to do with liability. Far as drilling holes, it will depend entirely on the location of the drilled hole I suspect.

I get ALL my LED bulbs from Super Bright LED's as well as the in line dropping resistors (if necesary).

Paul Short makes quality stuff. Makes similar guards for the oblong expensive hazard lights used on some Kubota tractors too.

Made one oblong light guard using 8.5” SS tubing. Used pipe, channel, flat bar drops, shop press and anvil to cold form. Making one was a good challenge. A nice bender or jig would be nice for production.

Use nylon wire ties across the lenses to help hold them on. Haven’t lost or broken one since.

Only thing lens wise I ever break is the orange strobe mounted above the roof on my M9 and that is rare.

That would be a dealer I do not have to deal with. And I would not call him 'reputable' at all. Certainly not based on that .

Found them. Sending an email asking how to order and to pay. No cart like most sites have.

Last I ordered, I emailed his wife to hammer out the details. I also have their 3rd function hose protection plate, which is specific to the Kubota L60 series.

On our old 1983 Benz, its signal light system would not work with LEDs.
Incandescent light bulbs have an amount of resistance. In comparison, LED lights offer little electrical resistance – and in layman’s terms this means your car’s indicators may “hyper flash” (flash very quickly) if you replace all the bulbs with LED’s.

You can either purchase LED bulbs which are advertised as having the correct amount of resistance built in, or you’ll need to purchase separate resistor units which must be spliced into the wiring circuit to slow the flashing back down to the normal speed which is what I did on my '08 F-450.

You may also need to replace the relay that performs the blinking.
