Looking for tractor opinions

I am looking for a low hour cab tractor with air/heat/radio that will power a 60" front snowblower and a 6-7 foot rear finish mower. Tractor would need a mid mount pto I assume for the blower. Do not need a loader since I have a loader on my 6800 Kubota. Trying to stay away from a turbo and tier IV emissions. JD dealer says I need a 46 HP tractor yet the brochure shows a 3039 tractor with the 59" blower. Definitely do not want to be underpowered but then again I do not want to be oversized more the two jobs listed.

Here is a video of an LS 40hp with a 74" front blower. Might be worth looking into.... probably cheaper brand new that a used JD

Can't help with the front snow blower, but can say that my 42HP tractor handles a 7-1/2' RFM well. It's the best lawn mower I've ever had.

Shopped for nearly a year to find a pre-DPF tractor.

I was looking for a similar sized tractor with Cab. The Massey Ferg 1835M with 0 percent financing made better sense after watching prices of used cab tractors for quite a while. Five years of not having to worry about a big failure, 84 months 0 percent and being able to know how hard it was used all made that the smarter choice for me. Signed up on it yesterday and taking the weekend to make sure I'm happy with the contract before "digging in" lol

Here is a nice F Series Kubota with blower, mower and blade 227 hours at a decent price $11K - no cab or ac tho but I think they are available or a soft cab - cant really get much tractor 29 KUBOTA TRACTOR F 368 WITH 4 ATTACHMENTS & Grass Catcher -... for the price.

With retirement in 7 mos and 12 acres of field to mow every other week, a cab is the tractor of choice. And I want to stay warm doing over 1000' of driveway.

You can get a hard cab for the F3680 but only with heat no ac.

You will probably need 35HP range for the blower/mower and non DEF as Chim said, they are out there, it will take some time to find the right one. Good luck hunting!

I ended up choosing a new MF 1835M with a FEL, hydrostatic, air ride seat, remote PTO button, 36hp and most importantly a climate controlled cab! If I知 going to do the work, I might as well make the most of it.

It comes with speakers but I have to pick a head unit to fit in.

You will like it. Bought my 1742 without even starting it. Just felt right when I sat in it. I knew it had all the power I needed. Did you get the front blower?

Yes congrats to - Doug62 in NC that just bought his tractor - but the OP (original poster) has not yet bought a new machine for snow blowing and mowing.

At $44k I would rather have a tractor. And at that price it does not include the mower.

My brother just bought a Branson about 38 or 40 HP with cab , bucket and new brush hog in the middle $20k price with only 300 hrs. Nice machine but with my size 13w shoes the hydro pedals are too close together. I would have to cut one of the pedals and put a couple of inch wide block in place to get some wider spacing for my feet. But other than that the AC was cold and radio even with brush mower on could hear without a problem.
