2008 Branson 2910i
I have a 2008 branson 2910i with the BL10S loader. I'm looking for seals for the hydraulic cylinders. No luck with local dealers and a friend checked with hercules seals but they didn't have them all. Any other suggestions appreciated.

I've never been to Hercules Seals, but from their website it looks like the sort of place that would have what you need. I'm wondering how your "friend" approached this. Did he take the old seals in for comparison or just contact them with a loader brand and model number? The place I go to for cylinder seals has never failed to match what I need. They don't care what brand or model it came from.

He gave them the measurements of each seal. They had some but not all of them.

This is where I go. You might contact them with the sizes and dimensions of the parts you can't find elsewhere and see what they can do.

I have had several hoses made by a local hydraulic shop. I know they also rebuild cylinders, I've just not had to have mine done yet. But they have done cylinders for folks I know. Point is, this is not something you should have to go to a "dealer" for. See if a local hydraulic shop can rebuild them for you. The one I use is in a Napa store across the river in Mandan. Guys just carry in cylinders and drop them off, and the shop guys rebuild them. They have also normally just made my hoses while I wait. Maybe a shop local to you can do the same?

One of the cylinders on my FEL is leaking, too. I think I could repair it, so I started looking for seals to buy. Both the local tractor shop and my Branson Dealer said they didn't have the parts and to send it to a hydraulic shop for repair. Haven't done anything yet. Waiting for winter.

A good hydraulics shop should be able to match up the seals with generic seals.
I have recently taken 3 different cylinder parts to a local shop and had them match the parts.
If there is no damage to the cylinders it's a simple process.
I bought plain cups for an old Clark Forklift tilt cylinders and had to use hole punches for the rod and bolt holes.
I try to avoid OEM parts. I have a 5000# CAT Forklift and the main lift cylinder repair kit from the dealer was $150. for half dozen parts!!

My guy used google and found Keno Tractors in Or, had my exact 2004 3520 bucket cylinder seals- worked great.
