Where can I get some LED lights to replace the 4"x6" halogens that are in common use for worklights on equipment? I can't seem to find any that size.

Replace the whole housing. It's cheaper than even buying a glass bulb now.

I am going to replace the whole housing. I can't see the amp draw listed on any of the lights. My fuse for the lights I'm changing is 10 amp so I need to keep it under that. Where do I find this or how is it computed. I know draw is low on LED.

Amps = Watts divided by Volts. While it may be 12v system, the actual battery voltage would about 12.6v not running and 13.9v while running.

Edit: Forgot to mention--The fuse is there to protect the wiring. Increasing its value to gain a little extra current is a bad idea. If you need more current (amps) run a separate circuit with larger wire.

Another question - has anybody run across these with a built-in switch?

The Amazon ones are rated at 71 watts - about 5.5 amps @ 13VDC. LED's are a constant draw - current does not go up with voltage unless it has a poorly designed current limiter. The fuse is usually there to protect the equipment - #14 wire can handle 20A without any trouble. The heavier gauge is used for physical strength.
