Won't happen. That cable needs 24" of cover and you don't have the HP to dig that deep. I'd suggest a chain trencher if the soil is clear or a mini excavator if it's rocky.

Also, because this is a sub panel, I believe you need the neutral to be the same size as the conductors. Don't forget to include a disconnect in the building.

I agree with using a trencher or backhoe/excavator for this project. I would not try to save money on the trench at the expense of possibly damaging the wiring. Two hundred feet is a long way to pull the wires through the ground and doubt you can do it without some damage. This damage might not show up for a couple of years but reworking will cost even more money.

If you want to pull something through the ground that far leave it to cheap pipe not expensive feeder cable.

on a project like this you do not pull the wires in, you, feed the wires in, the difference is the machine is similar but one pull an done has a tube that guides the wire or what ever in the bottom of the cut trench,
