Just need to get it more organized ... Once I retire in 30 months, I can get rid of the kitty feeding station in the corner, as I'll feed them inside! 🐈

My dad did this the redneck way. He happened to have an old fiberglass shower/tub insert. He strapped it, laying down, to the forks on the FEL and scooped up the huge pile of leaves under his oak trees to carry into the woods.

Use the discharge of your z-turn to blow the leaves one direction (chopped up, of course). Then, go back over those areas. Only takes a time or two and mulches them to a point that you don't see them. You get the free fertilizer & don't have to rake at all.

I'm looking for a Made In USA pull behind leaf/lawn sweeper.

I don't get a lot of leaves, but would like to not do the "by hand" version of picking them up ... I've tried a leaf blower, and just blowing them with the Z-turn into a pile, the scooping and raking into the bucket ...

My chief snoopervisor unfortunately was killed by a rotten raccoon this past spring, I miss Barney!

Any suggestions?

Ohio Steel makes the best lawn sweeper I have ever used. One can back the sweeper to the dump site and pull a rope to dump the leaves.

I have a Brinly plug type aerator that has worked well for two years that I have owned it. Have not used there sweeper though.

I'm looking more of the tow behind brush style, I only have two trees like pictured above around the "lawn" area ... Then I can just hang it up in the barn for most of the year ...
Two trees? Run over them with your ZTR and be done with it. I would expend exactly zero effort or money on two trees worth of leaves.

No help on your search for a lawn sweeper just came to say I'm so very sorry about losing Barney....😿

Thank you, he was "The Ring Leader" of his three mostly black brothers, I got them at 12 weeks old, pretty much wild, born in a barn with no human interaction ... They were supposed to be "barn cats" and mostly they are, as I'm gone for weeks on end, but when I'm home I've tamed them, and they have wormed there way into my heart! 💕

He could sleep on the weirdest positions!

I ended up catching and killing 7 of the rotten raccoons ... And electrified there feeding table with 11,500 volts!

The red scribbled out shelf is gone, they can jump from the bench, raccoons can't jump that!

I've asked the manufacturer of the Brinly about the gears and country of origin, no answer yet ...
