LOOK UP SAFETY

/ LOOK UP SAFETY #11
I'll second the thanks. I'll also add that I was a housekeeper in a veterans hospital while in school. I remember seeing accident trauma victims come into emergency, and mopping floors around people who had been in traction for months. Many of these painful and debilitating accidents resulted from really simple or stupid lapses. You see the results. Hospital work also is something that makes safety less abstract.

TomG - I think 'sobering' is a word that comes to my mind. Thanks for the reminders, too. I don't think I could easily do that kind of work. I'm not one to duck reality, but that big a dose of it with that degree of frequency is a little more than I care to subject myself to.
