Long 2610 sleeve interference fit specification

Have a long 2610 block at a machine shop getting new cylinder liners installed. the liner OD is 106mm. as are all the liners I have found for that engine. after removing the original liners, the machinist says the new ones measure .009" inteference which seems high for cast block. anyone have a long service manual that specs this fit? If not I will have to find one and wait till it comes in to get this block done. Thanks.

Here is a link to a manual covering (among others) the 510 . This may well be a three cylinder version of the engine used in the 2610.
There is a section in "fits and tolerances" that covers liner and block bore specs. Looks like the difference should be more like
.004 to .006 in. by what I see.
