locking -n- unloading

i have a 430 loader with the 72"HD bucket. i have a problem with the loader when i try to use the fast dump mode. when the lever is put into that position the bucket will sometimes lock. it only does this in the dump mode. to unlock it you have to curl the bucket back and then when you return to dump it is fine. the dealer said they could find nothing wrong
and it would'nt do it for them,but it happens consistent for me.
any ideas ???? i have disconnected the hoses and reconnected to verify there was'nt a sticking ball valve in the connector but it still does it. anyone else had this problem ?????????

I might be wrong on this, but it sounds like you are activating the regen mode of the loader valve. If you do a search for "regen" out to six months ( I think a lengthy discussion took place in March) you will find some good info on this operation. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
