Loader question

in DK35vinces photo it shows how the arms do not fully retract. Why do they all seem to be like this ? If the upper holes were higher the arms would fully retract, the curl back angle better , and a greater mechanical advantage for curl back power etc. Is Kioti monitoring any if this ????????? DO any dealers that are monitoring this forum, I know you are out there, have anything to add.???

those curling arms where the piston connects, if they were raised or lengthened a few inches, you would gain tremendous roll and dump angles..

It looks like the holes are the same distance apart for the bucket. So maybe as in the bucket an extra set of holes is required. It sure seems it would work and not that risky I don't believe it would weaken the quick attach. But it is not something that is clear in the picture as even an option

Has your roll back issue been a problem from the start.? And are there 2 hole sets on the quick attach.?

The way I had it figured is the higher the curling arms are raised the more leverage (power) will increase, but my roll back or dump angles will decrease.
I'll need to do some measuring to know for sure and see what a happy medium would be.

The quick attach is strong enough to add an extra set of holes with no problem.
The only thing I need to work around is the Quick attach cross braces.

remember the old lengthen the shackle arms to raise the back of cars? Make some temp shackle arms, use long bolts and see where the best leverage spot will be. Other than four strips of steel and a couple of bolts. you may be able to figure a good spot to reset the piston arms

My quick attach is slightly differant from the one in the photo.
Instead of bars for cross braces, mine uses a solid plate all the way across the front and half way down the back of the quick attach.
