Loader question

According to Kioti there is no problem. The pin spacing on the 1595 loader is 5" as well. Let me know what you find with your loader. My dealer is still trying ot get me a bnew loader but there are no other options for the DK 55 at the moment. A welder buddy of mine is going to help me in the spring , if Kioti does nnot come through, and we are going to move the upper pins loacation.

Vince

I was at my dealer today and checked out the pins on the FEL for the DK35. The bucket had 2 sets of holes in it for attaching the pins. I don't know if that is new or you are using the quick attach and it is different. the dealer stated the 1595 loader had 2 sets also.

I have the quick attach and heavy duty bucket which at least on mine only has 1 set of holes.
I may need to take a trip to the dealer and look closer at the bucket attachments.
I have not been to the dealer for nearly 2 years, so the newer models may have some changes.

Vince,
When you bought your tractor and loader, did you notice if the buckets that the dealer was using was indeed Kioti or could they have been from another vendor?

Jerry,
The standard buckets I believe were kioti.
But for a $500 option I ordered the skid steer style quick attach system which came with a heavy duty bucket , so my pins go to the quick attach and not the bucket.
This bucket is much heavy duty than the standard bucket.
If this bucket is Kioti or not I don't Know.
I attached a photo of a quick attach very similar to mine on a Kioti loader that shows the loader pins and linkage .

What is was getting at, buckets are ordered separately. A dealer could order a less expensive one to cut cost instead of ordering the name brand. If the dealer had done this, then there is a chance that the supplier placed the pin holes at the wrong spacing for your specific loader.

The pin holes are on the quick attach, if the pin holes are in the wrong place it would have to be there, (I attached a photo in my last post to give an idea what I mean).
Any bucket or forks I hook into only have the slots for the quick attach to latch into so they would make no differance with this setup.

Then it should be right, because the QA should be from Kioti. Back to square one again.

It should be but mine is slightly differant from the one in the photo, so it still may be something for me to check into.
