Get the new version of the loader, either the 16LA or the 17LA (depends on SuperSteer option). I have the TC40D with SuperSteer and have the 17LA. It works great, matches the sloped hood, and the loader capacity is properly balanced for the tractor. Depending on what you will be using the loader for you will want to seriously consider the ballast box. I am moving quite a bit of clay and when the bucket is heaping full the back end of the tractor is a little light. I use a 6' scraper box for ballast which weighs about 450lbs and am now considering the ballast box for safety reasons.
My 17LA cost around $3200 with the 72" HD bucket and deluxe joystick (It has the dual-power range buttons on it in addition to the location on the right fender). If the loader is ordered with the tractor from the factory it should be about $200 less.
