loader control 4110

my 4110 is a 2004 model with a ml112 fel. the loader controls has gone bad and is built by nimco-controls.We no longer have a Mahindra dealer here. Do the Mahindras still have Nimco cotrols and where can I buy one?

have you considered going to the KMW website (the folks who make the loader) and asking them for a part price?
otherwise, I'd look at Surplus Center.

You MIGHT still be able to get the valve through Mahindra, but it might be a challenge. What is wrong with the valve that you have?

the bottom assembly is broken on one of the spools and the other day I curled the bucket down and it won't curl back up, when I pull the joystick I don't feel any pressure from the pump and no movement of the bucket, but it still works in all other positions..
The serial number on loader is 040313171, model ML 112e.
The numbers on the nimco loader control is

I am also having issues with my ML112e loader control. Serial #042816798. Nimco 10373-2S. Float control will not work. Bucket will just start to rise as i am driving. Do they sell rebuild kits? My tractor is a 3510 if that makes a difference.

There are no rebuild kits for these.

Well I guess I will answer my own question. No you don't have to just replace the whole thing. Take the valve control plungers out of the valve body, take the clip off the bottom of the plunger. Remove the plunger seat, put the plunger rod in the vise and compress the spring seats together. Work the plunger rod in and out, take a wire wheel and clean up the burs on the plunger rod where the spring seat sits. Clean everything up and reassemble. Works good as new for now. Don't know how long it will last, but works for now!

The spring can come off the bottom (bolt comes loose). Remove the cap on your up/down linkage. Likely the bolt backed out and the spring is out of place.

Also clean the crud out of the bottom section.

FYI- this is NOT disassembling the valve, just the bottom cap, so it's quick and easy, even for a newbie

If the joystick is sticking, pull the rubber boot up on the joystick and lube the linkages on the top of the joystick. Water tends to get in there and rust up.

Your not talking about my unit, because the spring is captive by two top hats that are pressed on, not bolts. Then you have the shaft seat that is held on by a snap clip. Not a snap ring, it doesn't have holes for snap ring pilers. Just looks like a big wire rolled in a circle with a gap at the end. And yes one of the rings had came off, but the seat was still in place.

I also have the same loader from the same year. The 3510 and 4110 shared pretty much everything except the motor and the front axle/wheels are larger on the 4110.

What valve is on your loader?

It's a Nimco. Same as yours, but you are talking about a joystick repair. I had to do this as well, but the main problem was the the valve body plunger spring was sticking.

The caps are on the bottom of the valve, one for the lift and one for the curl. Remove the cap, make sure the bolt is attached and tight and clean out any junk that accumulates in there.

Wallace; you sound knowlegable re. Nimco. My 3510 bucket will not roll up. If I tap on top of valve with hammer it will rol up slowly. Can I take Bleed Valve apart, or 'load hold' valve to see if there is a problem? Suggestions?
