Load Trail vs. PJ Trailers

Does anybody have experience of PJ Trailers vs. Load Trail?

I've owned several PJ's an just ordered a Load Trail. I was told that two brothers own both. If you look at the options you'll see they're identical. One thing I did notice is that some things come as standard features on the load trail where as they're options on the PJ. It is of course built into the LT price. PJ was also a longer lead time on paint options. I'm in the Northeast so lead time for a custom trailer was an issue for me. LT lead time was 4 weeks PJ's was almost double. The fit and finish of the PJ's I owned was very good, I did replace tires on my PJ dump but mostly due to dry rotting issues.

The downside of most trailers is the wiring and paint. PJ and LT both powdercoat but LT was available in standard paint. I opted for the powdercoat, and the LED lighting.

I own a PJ and my buddy owns a Load Trail. Both excellent GN trailers. I would buy another one but hope I never have to.

I have a PJ F8 96"x20' and love it so far. My only wish is that it was 2 or 4' longer. Here is a mini-hoe I hauled on it...

I just sold a 4 year old PJ trailer. Took pictures and posted on Craigslist. 4 hours later a guy showed up with cash in hand. $50.00 less than I paid for the trailer new. Buying a PJ was a good experience. Selling it was even better.

Cool deal. I could not get a pj dealer to get a custom quote together. They wanted to sell me what they had on hand. The load trailer has it together.

Take a look at TexasPride Trailers - south of Dallas. It was worth a 900 mile drive for me.

Too bad. I picked up a great 6x10 hydraulic dump for 800 less than I could get it anywhere closer to home.
