I kinda figured that.

I think you can assemble one as was said before from available parts, but to put one into useage is a different matter.

I am sure I could put on together but if i did and something happened they told me not to and would so testify in court . I think my best interest would be to go back to my original idea and replace the pintle connection with a 2-5/16" ball connection.
