Lately my B2620 has developed an issue with the stay chains on my lower lift arms. They loosen drastically every pass I make down the driveway with the backblade. They used to stay tight quite a while. I can't find anything that has changed much to cause it. Any Ideas how to keep them tight?
thanks

Sounds like the threads have worn in. Are there lock nuts on them? If so need to replace them. If not add them.

Are the pins still in place that keep the turnbuckles from turning?

I don't think the threads are worn. I guess I should add lock nuts.
I can't see anywhere that a pin would keep them from turning (other than the end to keep from coming off completely)

If you are missing them, and it seems you may be, two of these little jewels should solve your problem. They do keep the turnbuckles from turning. That is their purpose.

Kubota PIN, SPLIT Part #05515-51200

This is assuming you have the stock check chains like mine.

that looks like it'll do the trick. Can't recall ever having them on any of my tractors.
thanks much
