lift arm?

I have a 1993 Kubota that has the turn buckle lower lift arm adjustment, and it is a real fight to get some of my equipment hooked up , especially my Rino brush cutter. I'm thinking of getting something that would be less frustrating. Any thoughts.

What model/size Kubota do you have?

How long have you been tractor-ing?

Are you connecting LEFT 3-Pt. "eye" to Rhino draw pin first, then using right, adjustable lift arm to adjust height of RIGHT 3-Pt. "eye" second?

The reverse connection order is usually difficult.

Draw pins lubricated? I use spray graphite, which polishes draw pins over time.

Often a minor turning in/out of the 3-Pt. Top Link will line up the right 3-Pt. "eye" to the right draw pin.

How about pictures?

So what you describe as a turnbuckle, I might describe as a lifting rod, similar in construction to your Top Link but shorter? Did you back off lifting rod lock-nut?

Does the lifting rod adjust easily?

What type of stabilizers/check chains support the two 3-Pt. Lower Lift Arms?

Can you slacken stabilizers after backing up tractor to Rhino SQUARE, so the Lower Lift Arm eyes can be swung over to draw pins?

Do my suggestions seem to address the problem?

How long have you had the tractor?

What step of mounting the Rhino is giving trouble first?

Two words, Stabilworks and Pats. I don't know what the Stabilizers cost, but the Pats Easy Change is money well spent.

Tractordata indicates three years of production for L3650: 1990-1993.

I used to have a L3650 (for 20 years) - and it was not a Grand L model (EDIT: Oops, saw jeff edited his posts). One of the best thing I ever did was toss on a set of Pat's Easy Change quick hitch.

Given the problems the tractor/attachments are giving you, Pat's is an excellent solution.

Stabilworks lower arm stabilizers run about $150. They are most effective for BX tractors whose lower lift arms collapse inward. UGH! They have made changing implements on my BX a dream (the BX also has a set of Pat's)
